Pushpinder Dhillon, MD, MS, FACOG

Pushpinder Dhillon, MD, MS, FACOG, is a board-certified maternal fetal medicine specialist at Maternal Fetal Specialists in Fredericksburg , Reston and Springfield, Virginia.

After graduating with honors in medical school, Dr. Dhillon completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Peters University Hospital/Drexel School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She then pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship and Master of Science in biomedical sciences at the University Of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. During her training, she received many awards, such as the best academic resident award and the Arnold P. Gold award for humanism in teaching. She is double board-certified in general obstetrics and gynecology, as well as maternal fetal medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Dr. Dhillon has published numerous scholarly articles on fetal anomalies, obstetrics complications of pregnancy, such as postpartum hemorrhage and preeclampsia. Her clinical interests include obstetrics ultrasound, preterm labor prevention, prenatal screening, and diagnosis. She works closely with obstetricians and other specialists for the management of complicated medical disorders of high-risk pregnancy.

In her free time, Dr. Dhillon enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
