Debra Adams, NP

Debra Adams, NP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Maternal Fetal Specialists in Fredericksburg , Reston and Springfield, Virginia. Debra began her education at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she received her bachelor’s degree in sports management. While supporting her husband’s Coast Guard career, she returned to school for her nursing degree while living in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She went on to receive her master’s degree in nursing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Debra has over 21 years of nursing experience with a special focus on high-risk obstetrics, gestational diabetes, and women’s health. She is highly experienced at handling the many complications that can come with pregnancy, and providing superior care and comfort to expecting mothers when they need it most. Debra looks forward to meeting new patients and providing them with the right knowledge, training, and expertise to ensure the health of mothers and their babies.

In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and the many dogs she has rescued.
